Following secure collection and assessment, equipment is either refurbished for reuse, responsibly recycled, or securely destroyed where required. This approach maximises value recovery while minimising environmental impact.

Our Working Process

Step 01

IT Assessment & Collection

Once assets are identified, we'll formally assess the condition, specification and data risk. Equipment is then securely collected by vetted professionals.

Step 02

Secure Data Santitisation

All data-bearing assets undergo certified data sanitisation using industry-approved methods aligned to recognised standards. If required, physical destruction is also available for maximum assurance.

Step 03

Compliant Reporting

Detailed, auditable reports are provided for every stage of the process. This includes asset registers, data sanitisation certificates and environmental outcomes, to comply with GDPR, WEEE and internal governance requirements.
